The location was EXCELLENT, within easy walking distance of an innovative small museum.

The venue is clean and big size with really good and very courteous staff members. The onsite bar is great, the barmen offers complementary drinks...

The room was well-designed and big with a seating area, iron/ironing board and a work desk.

The room was fabulous! Spacious and clean, it exceeded my expectations. Plus, there was a sauna and an indoor hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

There was nothing to like here, its far away from airport and nothing around the hotel to pass spare time or to go for some shopping even u have to wait for hours for taxi no room service and the area is not safe at all even hotel management has pasted papers or notice in the room to beware of bad people around and dont open door and dont stay out of hotel for late nights etc really disappointed the only plus point was it was very neat and clean nothing else

Spacious. Clean and Quiet. Good colour scheme on decor.

There are no hangers in the bathroom and the vanity top area. Lighting in bathroom is inadequate - too dim. The faucet at the wash basin is installed too away from the basin causing water to run onto the vanity top. There need to have a soap holder too on the vanity top. The is a gap between the tv console and the parapet causing things to drop in and cannot be retrieved.

I appreciated the warm ambiance and comfortable seating areas, which invited relaxation. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Improve shuttle service for better accessibility.

I was only there for a few hours because I got in late and had to get to work early the next day. Everything was fine.

The flat TV was not HD! This was not acceptable.

The rooms are excellent, large and well appointed with comfortable beds. I had a twin queen room but this led plenty of space for a desk, and a small meeting table with 2 chairs

The gym is satisfactory but small - only one running machine, 2 crosss trainers and a bike. No pool, only a small spa

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was really good. The hotel provided a complementary breakfast with yogurt. The location was magnificent, close to Barbican House. ...

I loved that Harborview Park was just a less than a 5-minute walk away, and I was thrilled to discover that the unique Burlingame Museum of Pez Memorabilia was only about 2 km from the hotel. The hotel also has handy amenities for weekend travelers who enjoy a bit of fitness, like a gym that perfectly fit my need to stay active during my trip.
